As many of you know, my vision for We-Love-Crocheting is to create a community of crochet lovers on Tumblr, a community that welcomes and unites crocheters of all skill levels. This is a place where we can all look for inspiration, photos, patterns, and new friends! :) I would LOVE to enhance your experience in this blog community, so I now reach out to you with a new feature!
Currently, in order to post something, you have to go through this long process of submitting your post and waiting for me to upload it…
Wouldn’t We-Love-Crocheting feel more like a community if you could directly post your photos, questions, patterns, and tips onto this blog?!
If you would like to share your work and/or others’ work more freely, please privately message me with your email address and I will make you a We-Love-Crocheting author! This will allow you to post directly onto our community blog, and your Tumblr icon will be featured along with our community blog icon on every one of your posts. :D
I hope that this new feature will lead to a much more engaging and exciting experience for us all!
See you in my ask box very soon, and happy crocheting!

Who’s ready to get started? :D
Submitted by sweetsofties: A little, fluffy, and pink puppy! She’s extremely sweet and curious, and loves to give little puppy kisses to her friends. Her favorite scent is fresh flowers, and she wears a ceramic bead with a painted flower on her collar. Oh, and did I mention? She’s looking for a home! ^_____^
Please feel free to visit my blog for more info and projects!

Submitted by glammamamma:
Ulysses

I made this some time ago, & not wanting to join small squares together, as I didn’t know how, as a newbie, I just kept on crocheting!

I started with a a regular sized crochet hook, then ended up with a 20mm wooden hook! I used mainly double crochet throughout.
‘Ulysses’, has 8 points, not intentional, and I kept going until I ran out of yarn!

I have no idea what it weighs, or what size it is, but it’s longer than my large sofa bed!
Hope you like it.
Submitted by sierasita: made these for my niece
Submitted by stupidcrayon: Nny! (JTHM) I made up the pattern as I went along and I’m pretty happy with how he turned out, considering it is one of the first few I’ve made up. :)
Submitted by telegantmess: “A friend of mine just finished her first round of chemo for a brain tumor. She’s a real edgy type, and while losing her hair wasn’t an issue for her (she’s shaved her head on a regular basis since she was 12) feeling icky all the time was. So I’ve been churning out chemo caps with some edge for her.
The yarns are Latte, by Ella Rae, and Mariposa by Louisa Harding. The pattern is a highly modified version of Rheathalia’s Lattice Hat.”
.
Wow, you are awesome. Best wishes to your friend. <3
